On Growth and Enterprise, Custas can send SMS in your name, with no provider account of your own needed. Each message part is invoiced at the price for its destination country, on top of your plan.

No. Stores are unlimited on every plan. You pay for the size of your membership club.
Your existing members keep shopping and earning as usual, and you can see where you stand on the portal’s Usage page. New sign-ups or messages beyond the limit wait until you move up a plan, and a plan change takes effect within a minute.
If you connect your own 46elks account, you pay 46elks directly and nothing extra to us. If Custas sends SMS for you, each message part is invoiced at the price for the country it goes to, as listed above. The price is fixed when the SMS is sent, so a later price change never affects messages you’ve already sent.
No. The monthly message allowance only counts what Custas sends for you, through our email service or our SMS account. Email through your own SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark or SMTP server, and SMS through your own 46elks account, are unlimited on every plan that lets you connect them, because you pay that provider directly.
Enterprise includes 2,000,000 emails a month sent through Custas’s own email service. Past that, nothing is blocked or slowed down. Each additional 1,000 emails is invoiced at 15 kr, and you can follow it on the Usage page. Emails sent through your own provider don’t count. Your agreement can set different terms.
Yes. Export your members and data at any time. When you close your account we delete your data after a grace period, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
